2. Select the dates you want to attend by clicking on the CHECKBOX
3. Complete your CONTACT DETAILS at the bottom of this page
   

If you're bring a friend please :

1. Ask them to complete this form themselves, or complete this form on their behalf with their details. Please ensure a different email and phone number is used.
2. In the Comments & Requests box, mention that you're attending with a friend and include their name.
